Description
Reviewing business and functional requirements. Understand/decipher functional/business requirements and prepare technical requirements based on those requirements. Design individual RICEFW components per the RICEFW requirements inventory
Coordinate and perform technical reviews. Deliver technical specifications documents for RICEFW elements using the functional specifications provided by the process and integration teams. Use test specifications provided by the process and integration team members to perform unit testing of solutions. Use technical specifications documents for RICEFW elements to construct solutions by making using of all development technologies in SAP. Perform quality review on deliverables returned by other team members. Ensure that custom-built solutions comply with agreed naming conventions and standards used on the project. Provide weekly feedback on progress and escalate issues in a timely manner to the Tech Lead
SKILLS:
- 4-7 years advanced SAP experience required. At least 1-3 full cycle SAP implementation experience needed
- At least 4 years of experience in developing RICEFW objects using technologies like ABAP ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC, BAPI, BDC, User-exits, BAdIs, SAP Script, Smartforms, Report development, Workflow, Enhancements, Dialog Programming, Data Migration methods, Conversions, Interfaces, Performance Tuning, XI Technology, SAP NetWeaver 2004's, ABAP Proxy Experience with XML
- At least 3 to 4 years of ABAP experience in PP/MM modules on ECC 6.0 system (areas MRP, Process Orders, Planned Orders, Material documents, Goods Receipts, Goods Issues)
- Thorough understanding of SAP Netweaver architecture.
- Development experience of RF transactions is a plus.
- Development experience in using ABAP Objects by using Object Oriented programming skills, BAdIs, enhancements using switch framework is a plus
- Working experience in dealing with off-site/offshore and remote development methodology
