My client is one of the 4 largest international Consulting groups, whose client, a large international group with a presence in 70+ countries, wants to implement “Salesforce.com” in Russia, as part of their CRM global integration program, and now wants to hire for 6 moths or more, a well-experienced RUSSIAN Speaking Project ManagerSkills Required:
1. Minimum of 12-15 Years Experience in managing SAP Projects, including CRM Deployment/implementation. (Well versed in Project Management Methodologies and Tools
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Experience in working with virtual teams across various countries or regions
4. To have an understanding on CRM and experience in CRM implementation. (Working in a global CRM implementation would add value)
5. Multilingual – English & Russian
PM Job Description:
The project manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources and dependencies to bring about each successful regional/country implementation. The Project Manager will work with the Project Sponsors, Project Owner/Business Owner, Steering Committee, and Team Leads.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing the project schedule with IS and Project Owner/Business Owners
* Responsible for managing the execution of all project activities against the approved schedule, scope and budget, and escalating deviations for timely resolution
* Responsible for implementing project governance and controls in accordance with PMO standards
* Plan resource requirements with Project Owner/Business Owner, IS Owner, and Project Sponsor
* Manage project resources and execution of all project activities
* Review progress against requirements and plans, and resolve deviations with support from IS and Project Owner/Business Owners
* Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsors and relevant stakeholders
* Convene and manage Steering Committee and Core Team meetings
* Produce and disseminate project related communication (including status reports, risk identification and management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team)
* Facilitate key decisions
* Review progress against requirements and plans and resolve any deviations
* Ensure that the required project documentation is complete and archived
* Work with the PPMO to identify reporting and enabling tools to be used on the project, and foster the use of those tools with the Core team as appropriate
