My client, one of the largest Medical Device companies in Switzerland, is currently looking for a Project Manager to lead their expanding teams. Your main responsibility, as the Project Manager for CSV, will be to act as an Interface between the project and my client’s IT Infrastructure for EMEA.Responsibilities:
Interface between the project and my client’s IT Infrastructure for EMEA.
Coordinate local infrastructure activities, taking into account the project and SDLC guidelines and procedures
Group, prioritize and optimize those requests
Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions and associated cost pictures
Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities
Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies for changes
Participate in change go/no go decisions
Develop and maintain topology diagrams
Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure IT EMEA Infrastructure commitment dates and project deliverables are met
Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Experience in Computer System Validation and GxP
Additional PMI certification is a plus
Minimal Language Skills:
English & German fluent
Non Technical Skills Requirements:
Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
