Bristol - £27K - £32K basic salary + uncapped commission (£50K - £60K OTE) - immediate start

  • The role:

    * Generating leads and developing business relationships with new and existing clients, B2B Sales

    * Creating your own network of candidates through creative advertising, headhunting, job boards, professional networking sites and our £10 million internal database

    * Ensuring the right candidate is put forward for the right role, therefore ensuring our customers receive the quality service they expect from us

    * Acting as a mediator in negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure placements

    What we are looking for:

    * 2 - 3 years previous recruitment or senior recruitment experience is essential

    * Target driven, commission based sales or telesales experience, B2C or B2B

    * Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, motivated, a solid work ethic and enthusiasm
