Location: London
An Asset Manager with over $65bn AUM is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their business on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
You will be:
- Of an Asset Management or Private Banking background
- Providing support to the Head of Compliance and other senior members of the Legal/Compliance and Risk teams.
- Worked in on business change environments where regulation is the key driver
- Someone who has liaised with the FCA/FSA on a regular basis in most of your recent roles
- Highlighting any regulatory risks and escalating matters of concern from the programme to senior stakeholders
- Ad hoc for compliance assistance/advice
- Experienced in attending key business committees and have been a part of these in your previous roles
Must haves:
- Experience in the Asset Management or Private Banking sector
- Worked on reg processes around variations of permissions (VoPs) and waivers and CAAS
There is an option of working 4 days a week if required.
