Overview:
Opportunity to work for a dynamic FINANCIAL organisation that ais looking for experienced Senior Data Analysts to work within a growing team. The company has experienced growth on growth throughout the recession which has lead to vast expansion catalysing the requirement for this role.
Responsibilities will include
- Driving the business forward with meaningful data and reporting
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical individuals in order to develop advanced reporting, analysis and presentation of data
- Project work, broad range of transactional activity, ad-hoc requests
- Implementing continuous improvement by reviewing existing BI reports and identifying areas of improvement on service delivery and product quality aspects
- Oversee the analysis of the quality of data and code in order to recognize emerging trends and concerns that require resolution
Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
- Consistent drive for greater efficiency and proficiency
- Ability to tutor and mentor more junior personnel
- Data warehouse experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and a degree of business acumen
- Adept communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good people skills with the aptitude to work well autonomously or as a team member
- Experience using SPSS/ SAS/ SQL/ Business Objects
