An award winning Global systems integrator and managed service provider is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join their growing team.

Partnering with a number of the leading vendors, they design, deliver and manage solutions to meet our client' IT needs across Cloud, Unified Communications, Converged Infrastructure and security.

The Role -
  • Responsibility for the sales number and ensuring the teams hit targets set in line with business objectives.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and getting involved with less junior members of the ream
  • Building excellent relationships existing and new customers
  • Measure the team through a variety of KPI's.
  • Hold weekly forecast meetings and regular performance reviews.
  • Holding regular sessions with the sales team leaders to keep on top of their deals, helping them to reach their targets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing to ensure all events are attended and leads are followed up on effectively
  • Ensuring that deals are pledged accurately to the company.
