Description
An award winning Global systems integrator and managed service provider is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join their growing team.Partnering with a number of the leading vendors, they design, deliver and manage solutions to meet our client' IT needs across Cloud, Unified Communications, Converged Infrastructure and security.
The Role -
- Responsibility for the sales number and ensuring the teams hit targets set in line with business objectives.
- Coaching, mentoring, and getting involved with less junior members of the ream
- Building excellent relationships existing and new customers
- Measure the team through a variety of KPI's.
- Hold weekly forecast meetings and regular performance reviews.
- Holding regular sessions with the sales team leaders to keep on top of their deals, helping them to reach their targets.
- Work closely with the Marketing to ensure all events are attended and leads are followed up on effectively
- Ensuring that deals are pledged accurately to the company.
