Telephony Engineer/Voice AnalystTelephony Engineer/Voice Analyst- 6 month contract. £300+ per day - Liverpool.
Our public sector client requires an experienced Voice Analyst Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will assist the ICT Network and Security Team with the ongoing Telephony, design and implementations of voice technologies and projects to ensure standards are met.
Rate : £ per day. DOE
Location: Liverpool
Length: 3 Months.
The role;
You will provide second and third line support while providing hands on assistance with technologies such as BT Cloud, Nortel, Avaya and 802.x.
The successful candidate will have experience of maintaining IT telephony services, handing internal service requests and dealing with incidents but also developing fresh services to better adhere to the business needs. They will also have experience of IPV4 Network and Switching
Experience with the following would be ideal;
- Nortel Meridian Option 11-81,CS1K systems, Nortel CC6 and Call Pilot, xDSL,
- Voice VPNs, CTI & IVR systems Management and Testing .
- Call Logging & MI systems
- Video conferencing technologies, Blackberry and Pda's
- BT Trained
- Avaya Definity Advaned Training (Touchbase)
- AIR (Coversant) Training (Avaya)
- Energis/C&W Network Cisco ICM Platform (NGN Call Routing)
- Telewest SRS Platform (NGN Call Routing)
- ISDX/Realtis Trained (BT)
A CCNA or CCVP accreditation would also be advantageous.
The successful candidate must also be CRB checked as the role may involve visiting higher education site.
