Microsoft Lync Voice Engineer - 6 Months Cheshire.

Microsoft Lync Voice Engineer is required to join this exciting and ever growing business for a 6 month contract opportunity.

This client has a real focus on Microsoft Lync - Enterprise Voice and have recently brought on board a number of Large Scale Lync projects.

They are a leading managed service company who urgently require a Microsoft Lync Support Engineer to join a fast growing support team. The Microsoft Lync Support Engineer will have experience of incident based call tracking tools,. The Microsoft Lync Support Engineer is also responsible for handling incoming escalated incidents varying between low and high call volume.

Location: Warrington

Length: 6 Months

Technical skills;

* Strong product knowledge for Microsoft Lync Server with particular focus on Lync desktop clients (Windows / MAC / Mobile) .
* Strong knowledge of common troubleshooting tools.
* Advanced debugging skills
* Knowledge of network debugging tools and network protocols.
* Strong product knowledge of Exchange
* Active Directory / ADFS debugging experience.
* Knowledge of ACP and teleconferencing integration .
* Knowledge of hybrid Lync deployments .
* Strong product knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services (Private & Public) .
* Knowledge of networking technologies with particular focus on public internet infrastructure.

* Experience with any of Cisco/ Avaya IP Telephony.

Core competencies ;

* Experience supporting Enterprise anti-virus, anti-spam, filtering, logging, encryption and email tracking.

* Experience working on site with clients on a day to day basis
* A broad technical knowledge of Networks, LAN/WLAN/Voice.
* Ability to work on own initiative, address and resolve problems in a pressurised environment.
* Ability to resolve incidents in the Network environment used by the customer
* Excellent organisational skills, able to take a methodical approach to service issues
* Contributes to, supports and works within the team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
