An opportunity exists for an ios Mobile Developer to join a (post) start up organisation who are currently in a process of creative disruption, and massive growth.

This is a great opportunity for an iOS developer to build full stack, full SDLC enterprise product!

Reporting line: Development Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

The development team is responsible for building an fully loaded global ERP supply chain and logistics solution.

The ios/Mobile developer requires the ability to design and build ios applications based on requirements, and to manage and meet deadlines.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
"Design and develop ios applications for new and existing products
"Input into the design and implementation of the products
"Must be capable of producing documented requirements, developing designs, preparing and executing test plans
"Must be client and delivery oriented
"Willing and able to travel, as this position may require travel from time to time

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

Essential:
"2-3+ years of object-oriented software development experience.
"Experience building complex applications for the iPhone and/or iPad
"Fluent in Objective-C/C++ Language extensions and Cocoa framework
"Ability to read/code in Java Android is a major advantage
"Skilled user of XCode IDE (Will need to provide Portfolio at interview stage)
"Can write code that adapts well to various versions of iOS, including iOS7
"Experience with consuming APIs, JSON and XML
"Knowledge of iOS SDK performance tools and optimization techniques ( Instruments/Profiler)
"Have extensive hands-on experience consuming REST based APIs, designing protocols, implementing delegate interfaces, animations, and performance optimization
"Capable of creating intuitive, custom UI controls and interfaces
"Experienced in using version control systems like SVN and GIT
"High tolerance for fast pace, change and ambiguity
"High attention to detail
"Highly structured and organized approach
"Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
