Global IT Contracts Coordinator

Summary

Our client is an $8 billion dollar global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery with over 1200 dealers and 8000 users globally. Their equipment is sold primarily through dealers globally and they are developing a new dealer portal to allow users to buy, service, finance and source parts for their farm equipment through a new website that will be developed. The Global IT Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, routing and archiving of Exhibit A's and Work Orders generated from contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, software, services or products.

Responsibilities:

  • Route Exhibit A's, Work Orders, and Change Notices for authorization and execution
  • Request and generate work orders (with PO's) in SAP
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
  • Maintain/archive an audit file of each contract, correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules.
  • Maintain detailed records on the status of outstanding items for authorization

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Contract Coordination
  • Strong organizational skills - very detailed and proactive
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP experience (a plus!)
