Location: Bristol
Duration: 9 months Initially

Security: BPSS Check with Disclosure of Scotland prior to start
Rate: Up to £350 per day
Our government client is currently recruiting for a Service Architect role based in Bristol for 9 months initially.
The role will be to lead the design, selection and integration of IT Support Services (help desk, problem management, etc.) and Business Support Services (contact centre service, payment services, specialist information feeds etc.).
Essential
ITIL V3 & ITIL 2011
Experience in a lead role in the design, selection and integration of IT support services and Business support services
Experience documenting customer requirements and contractual obligations and then creating an overall Service Design that describes the scope of services, delivery models, people, processes, Service Level Agreements and supporting Operational Level Agreements to provide the basis for transition into Business-As-Usual
Experience delivering a Service Model to support Operational teams
Experience leading the delivery of the service elements to ensure a seamless transition of the service onto production and graceful close down of the retired service
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
