Job Description :
Creation of Siebel Product and Pricing design/system solution to ensure that requested functionality and process is mapped to out-of-the-box Siebel capability
Driving workshops & owning relationship with business stakeholders & technical teams
Gathering business requirements against a global business operating model
Fit-gap analysis for global process against Siebel out-of-the-box
Performing analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities
Qualifications and Requirements:
The following minimum qualifications are required in order for an individual to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job:
Strong experience with Siebel Pricing on a minimum of 2 significant sized Siebel projects including dynamic pricing, discount matrices and attribute adjustments
Good functional understanding of Siebel Complex Product structure and hands on experience of customisable product setup.
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred
Experience of a global deployment of Siebel staying as close to Siebel out-of-the-box functionality as possible
8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5+ years’ experience as a Siebel functional analyst
Solid understanding of Siebel particularly in related areas including sales processes and Order Management
Experience in Siebel 8.1 CRM
Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation
Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally
Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently
