My client is currently seeking a strong Service Desk Analyst who has 1 to 3 years experience performing 1st and 2nd line phone support.
This role requires a candidate who has previously worked in a high priority and adhered to SLA's. The team is very collaborative with exceptional customer services to their clients.
The suitable candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- 1 to 3 years Service Desk phone support experience
- previous experience working to SLA's
- previous Citrix experience
- expereicne with Lotus Notes & Outlook
- good knowledge of call logging systems
- enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Experience in a call centre environment, preferably in IT industry
