SAP HR Payroll/Time Consultant Dutch Speaking
The Senior Payroll/Time expert should be able to deliver detailed Payroll/Time knowledge including the following types of activities:
Review Payroll/Time RFP responses;
Challenge vendors about their specific solutions and provide suggestions;
Review contracts and provide suggestions;
Verify proposed Client HR-IT landscape and provide suggestions;
Create/work out the Client Global design framework;
Lead the Client global Payroll/Time system design together with the vendor.
Must haves
Understanding of the main functional, technological and architectural elements and requirements of Payroll and Time Attendance management;
Proven background in Time Payroll system configuration;
International Payroll Time implementation experience;
System Integration and interface knowledge;
Strong communication skills both at an operational and tactical level;
SAP HCM (PY, TM, PA, OM) knowledge is a pre-requisite
