We are working with a globally recognised Service Provider to source an Exchange Messaging to work on client site.

DUTIES

  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of services within the Service Levels.
  • Take ownership of the end to end user support of the infrastructure and working in a collaborative manner with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of those services.
  • Be responsible for problem, incident, request and change management delivery and ensuring that those services provided to customers meet the SLA objectives and engender a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Account Leader to provide analytical support necessary to develop and implement solutions for small to medium size projects, or components/elements of larger projects. On occasion, you may also be required to provide technical advice to project managers/leaders and give technical direction to team.
  • The role is accountable for individual, team and/or department results, and for the impact of the results on functional activities.
  • Participate in overall departmental program planning.

SKILLS

  • Understands and applies a high level of knowledge of information technology to support attainment of team and department objectives.
  • Requires the ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop the appropriate skill set to support this.
  • Draws upon concepts of tools, technologies and methodologies to collaborate with other technical specialists when carrying out assigned duties.
  • Effectively negotiates with technical peers, and with customers, to implement technical solutions.
  • Recognises and articulates job related problems to management along with a recommended solution.
  • Analyses technical problems and develops and presents solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools.
  • Performs assigned tasks within schedule, in accordance with established standards and guidance.
  • Must be customer-orientated while maintaining focus on the overall delivery of service.
