SAP HCM Consultant - Dutch Speaking - Merelbeke, Belgium (part time: 50% (2-3 days/week).
My client in Merelbeke, Belgium is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience SAP HR/HCM experience
* Experience in SAP HCM projects and more specifically with operational HR
* Thorough knowledge of the integration aspects with other SAP and non - SAP functional modules.
* Good knowledge of ABAP programming language ( delivery of functional specs, debugging and problem solving of ABAP programs, user exits, function modules, performance improvement, enterprise services)
* Communicates fluently in Dutch and has a good knowledge of English
* Can build knowledge in a very short time around processes and their implementation in SAP
* Can work independently and with minimal support
* Experience with ITIL processes is an asset
Description:
* Assisting the HR Module Specialist (SAP HCM) with
- The analysis and solution definition of integration between Click planning tool and SAP HR Back End, and the impact on operational HR SAP Back End system
- The Technical design and further implementation of the logistics part within SAP HR Operational Construction of the Web
Dutch Speaking Assignment.
Start: 5th May 2014.
2 Month Contract. part time: 50% (2-3 days/week).
Location: Merelbeke, Belgium.
