Job Description:
The job holder will be in charge of the IT infrastructure supporting the IT security operations activities. He/she will have to design, implement, operate and manage the infrastructure and the relevant processes.
Security design: risk analysis, hardening, security monitoring
Security processes, procedures, such as assets management, vulnerability management, password management,
Elaborate the service catalog, process description (the ITIL framework will be used as guidance);
Perform processes review and improvement;
Elaborate and maintain the documentation (configuration, operating procedures, policies);
Regularly report on service performance and availability, through the elaboration of key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and dashboards;
Required knowledge:
- Being security cleared at SECRET UE level or being in a position to become cleared.
- University degree or equivalent experience, in a relevant subject;
- Strong experience in systems and network administration in the areas mentioned in the Appendix;
- Experience with hardening systems security;
- Mastering Scripting languages (Perl, powershell );
- Strong knowledge of ITIL V3 methodology.
