SAP HR CONSULTANTS - ONE YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT - ABERDEEN

Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas, design and construction contractor is seeking two SAP HR Consultant  to join their team in their Aberdeen office.

One SAP HR Consultant will specialist in (Payroll, Time Management & Talent Management)

One SAP HR Consultant will specialist in (Organisation Management, Personal Administration & Portals)

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Deep knowledge of either SAP HR Payroll, Time Management and Talent Management (including LSO and Qualifications Management) or of SAP HR Organisation Management, Personnel Administration, and Portals (ESS/MSS). Other modules and functionalities are desirable
  • In-depth functional knowledge of HR processes
  • Ability to design, build, test and implement standard and RICEFW requirements
  • Experience in SAP HR data cleansing activities
  • Ability to gather and assess global/local requirements and implement effective SAP HR solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience on several large/global projects in a similar role

JOB SCOPE:

Deliver the SAP HR functional solution of the global template and further deployments for payroll, time management and talent management sub-modules in accordance with required milestones, timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Assess current solutions, design/build/test and implement future state of SAP HR. Configuration experience is required for the sub-modules indicated previously
  • Lead the development of business blueprints, technical/functional specifications, training and testing materials, post-implementation support
  • Advise process teams on how to best embed SAP HR best practice and industry best practice in the TO BE processes consistently and effectively
  • Work with the solution design team to ensure process design methodology and governance are in place (TO BE model)
  • Define and implement consistent SAP standards and processes
  • Ensure that the HR solution design supports the realisation of the agreed business requirements and benefits
  • Manage SAP functional issues, risks and integration points and report progress
  • Ensure implementation compliance with project standards, guidelines, design principles, methodology etc
  • Support the identification of the relevant master data and control requirements within process areas
  • Ensure integration within process area and other HR teams eg succession planning, global grading, recruitment and selection, etc
  • Liaise with SMEs internally/externally proactively to gather latest trends/process inputs/best practice inputs
  • Act as a change agent and provide input into the change management planning and activities of the stream

Duration:          One year fixed term contract, ideally starting May 2014

Salary:             £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
