SENIOR JAVA (J2EE) Software Developer
Dublin, Ireland. Daily Rate Contract
My Client is an International Financial Services company who are recruiting an experienced Senior JAVA (J2EE) Software Engineer for an initial 6mth contract in Dublin.
You will contribute to the technical analysis and design, produce high quality code and follow the approved software development methodologies within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ideal background:
- BS in Information Technology
- 5 or more years' experience in Software Development with Java (J2EE) and related technologies: Spring, JSP, Hibernate, myBatis, Eclipse, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, SVN
- Web Services (REST, SOAP, CXF)
- Javascript and related technologies (AJAX, JQuery, JSON, XML, BackboneJS or similar) - highly preferable.
Nice to have skills would include:
- OSGi (Fuse or similar)
- Flex/Flash
- WebSphere Application Server or Tomcat
- Experience working within a Test-Driven Development
