I am currently recruiting for an Interim Head of Compliance for initial 6 month contract.
To deliver Compliance management to internal teams and external clients/partners, including matters of a regulatory nature and on-going maintenance of the Compliance Manual and any associated policies. To oversee the delivery of the risk based monitoring programme, covering both internal and outsourced functions, providing assurance that compliance and risk management processes & controls are operating effectively. To support and develop the Compliance function ensuring regulatory obligations are met and accurate, quality records and audit trails are maintained. If you have acted in a Senior Compliance role, held CF10/CF11 (desirable not essential) and have experience within Asset management before please send an updated CV and I will be in touch.
