Description
- Perform daily monitoring of cubes, scheduled reports and data movement processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all objects. Test and verify reports, cubes, mapping and data definitions
- Works with the BI team to monitor and troubleshoot data movement, Oracle and Cognos processes and validate data and reporting accuracy.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for Data Warehouse ETL processes and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Cognos BI or other business reporting or data analysis experience
- Experience with Cognos BI 10 portal: reports, cubes, and navigation.
- Helpdesk or other IT or business reporting experience a plus.
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplined team. - has a passion for teamwork, problem solving and exceptional customer service
