Role: Divisional Governance CoordinatorLength: 3 months
Rate: £280 - £300 per day
Location: Greater London
Start Date: ASAP
I am working on behalf of an NHS trust in Greater London who are looking for an interim Divisional Governance Co-ordinator for an initial period of 3 months.
The division are looking someone to:
- Facilitate a culture of openness, learning and improvement across the division providing reports and reporting on trends to enable effective change to improve performance.
- Ensure systems are in place to monitor the 20 day complaint response time target and to monitor performance of complaints.
- Lead in the investigation and analysis of clinical and other related incidents using Route Cause Analysis
- Develop and deliver a robust strategy for governance arrangements in line with the risk management and quality strategies.
- Support the clinical teams to develop an audit programme.
In order to be considered for this post, you will need to have:
- Experience in a post similar this.
- Experience working in Governance in an Acute trust
- RCA training
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Leadership
- Available at short notice
- DATIX experience
