Description
Integration Engineer ( Oracle, OSB, WebLogic, SOA, Java, XML ) - £55-65k + package - HayesAn Integration Engineer ( Oracle, OSB, WebLogic, SOA, Java, XML ) is required for a Leading IT & Communictions Provider to ensure the developed code from suppliers ( applications and services ) integrates within the wider Horizon platform. The desired Integration Engineer ( Oracle, OSB, WebLogic, SOA, Java, XML ) would carry out diagnostics and analysis to resolve any issues relating to deployment or integration activities.
Essential
- Recent and relevant working experience as an Integration Specialist ( Oracle, OSB, WebLogic, SOA, Java, UNIX, R12 ) within a commercial organisation
- Proven experience implementing SOA in a WebLogic/ Oracle Service Bus ( OSB ) using Java; understanding of key concepts and Web Service/ XML standards including versioning
- Good knowledge of build and deployment practices in a J2EE environment ( Maven, Artifactory )
- Ability to analyse complex problems in a multi-tier system and break down into self-contained pieces of work.
- Good understanding of and experience of J2EE (Senior)
- Ability to grow understanding of the business domain
- Ability to document and explain issues to a wide audience including developers and 3rd party suppliers
- Experience of automation build technology and specific admin experience of Jenkins.
Desirable
- Experience working as an Integration Specialist within Defence, Aerospace, Aviation, or one of the Major IT Service Providers
- Specific skills: JRockit, Oracle Entitlements Server/ Oracle Web Services Manager, Oracle Enterprise Repository
- Relevant University degree
- Recognised professional qualification
