Description

A 3 month contract available for an experienced Change Manager with an NV1 + security clearance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviews and assessments of ICT Change Request priorities based on predefined priority definitions and where applicable management of required changes if warranted.
  • Locating, identifying and requesting resources used to build, test and implement changes.
  • Following the Change Management process for building, testing and implementing a change.
  • Providing additional information regarding the change when requested by the Change Manager.
  • Participating in the Post-Change Review process when requested.

Experience:

  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of ITIL (ITILv3 desirable) change management and the application of ITIL change management frameworks, and processes.
  • Ability to proactively engage stakeholders to ensure the ongoing effective management and delivery of required ICT Change Management practices and outcomes.
  • Proven experience to effectively prioritise and manage work to ensure on time delivery of required outcomes.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
