Description
Scrum Master will coach and facilitate the scrum process and associated activities within the client's bespoke Colloaorative Solution Delivery Framework.
You will ensure scrum theory, practices and rules are followed in line with the client's development framework.
Your strong project management experience will assist to ensure business work requests are delivered within agreed timeframes.
To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following:
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.
- Experience as a Scrum Master and leading teams in an Agile Scrum Environment
- Strong Project management experience
- Sound understanding of ITIL and the software development life cycle.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution negotiation, organisation and motivation
