MRO Senior Sales Manager

Aerospace Aftermarket: MRO

£60k-£80k basic (dependent on experience) + bonus + health + pension + full benefits.
A dynamic and profitable Aircraft Engine MRO provider is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager reporting to the MD; to join their rapidly growing business based in the North of England.
This is a brand new role which has being created due to the recent success within the company. The business has tripled in revenue in the last 5 years and is on course to continue this growth succession! Due to the business success we are seeking someone with proven experience of leading an aerospace Sales function, managing Business key accounts as well as driving global business.

Key Skills required:

Self Motivated and able to operate at every level

Aviation: Civil/ Military background

Experience of Aircraft Engine sales, leasing, exchanges or MRO components

International Aerospace Aftermarket experience

Located or able to relocate to the North of England this role will be based on site.

Responsibilities:
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities;


  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and technical queries for existing and potential international customers;


  • Account management of and liaison with all contracted customers;


  • Technical report writing/ cost estimates; liaising with Engineering and Production teams


  • Managing an extensive network of overseas partners/agents;
