My client a leading digital Australian brand requires an experienced Senior Test Analyst on a contract basis for an upcoming key project.

The successful candidate will report to the Test Program Manager and will be responsible for performing the following activities with regards to delivery platforms via HPQC:

o Test planning and creation of test cases

o Test execution

o Requirements traceability

o Coverage analysis

o Test reports

o Tracking of statuses

o Defect Management Processes

- Provide test scope and resource requirement assessments for project activities

- Review test scenarios and traceability with business SME's

- Stakeholder Management & Attend and represent Solution Testing domain in testing meetings

- Resolve cross domain escalations & Participate in the resolution of cross-domain issues

- Derive test execution according to defined plan

- Prepare daily/weekly status reports to the management

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Medialinks video switching and transport equipment & Dimetis BOSS Link Manager experience
  • Experience in Inventory Management & Resource Discovery, Service Provisioning & Activation, Performance & Fault Management via the BOSS Link Manager
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Exposure to Digital Video Networking technologies is an advantage
  • Good understanding and working background in Networking Technology
  • Good skills with Java, Python, Ruby are desirable
  • Understanding of databases desirable
  • Linux, Unix exposure desirable
  • Test Leadership experience able to manage small teams
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good report writing skills
