My client, multinational organization based in Brussels is urgently looking for an experience offer manager
The Offer Manager is leading the Demand Management of IT Delivery Unit for the products included in his/her portfolio.
The offer manager is a "link" between IT and the business with significant knowledge in subject matters pertaining to both IT and the business. The offer manager is responsible to understand/collect the business needs, assist in the formalization/prioritization of requests, and provides business with solution supported by IT cost, planning and risk assessment. The offer manager acts as a mediator/facilitator between all stakeholders.
Here are the main activities of the offer manager:
- Identification of the main stakeholders
- Identification of the reasons for undertaking the project
- Identification of the objectives of the project
- Definition of an E2E high level solution and identification of project deliverables that take into consideration the following items
o Minimize cost
o Maximize re-use
o Minimize delivery times
o Available resources (staffing, financial)
o Aligned with business strategy
- In-scope and out-of-scope items (functional and non-functional)
- Constraints, limitations, assumptions, issues associated to the project
- High level risk management plan
- High level budget and spending authority
- Knowledgeable of and experienced banking
- Knowledge of risk management best practices with regard to offer delivery
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Knowledgeable of IT terminology and architecture standards
- Experience in translating business needs into product specifications.
- Experienced in delivering and taking the lead in offers to business customers.
- Working experience in an international environment is a plus.
- Consultancy experience is a plus.
