Our client a leading ISP/Triple play company in Belgium is searching for a Service Desk Manager with excellent staff management skills. We are searching for a Service Desk Manager who has strong experience with Microsoft Office, ITIL, Windows and Citrix. The Ideal candidate will have experience working in a large scale corporate environment supporting multiple users in a Microsoft environment.

This role will be based mainly from Liege with some travel to Brussels.

Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience as Service Desk Manager.
- Excellent Microsoft Skills/Knowledge.
- Strong ITIL experience.
- Strong Windows knowledge.
- Citrix.
- Lotus Notes.
- Excellent staff management skills.
