Siebel Functional Designer

Duration: 7 Month+

Location: Groningen, Netherlands.

Rate: Negotiable

Working within my client's flag ship research and development facility on creation of new working environment. Your working environment will have the atmosphere of a start up organization with the support of one of the worlds leading IT organizations.

Primary functions of role:

  • Translating solutions, proposed by the solution team, to designs (for example in the form of Siebel screens and views).
  • These designs are the basics for the development activities of the Siebel configurators.
  • You will be responsible for validating designs.
  • Working closely with the Solution and Development team.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor degree in IT.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience translating requirements and solutions to functional designs.
  • Experience in at least two phases of software development life cycle of complex projects, for example; analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation.
  • Able to produce thorough quality reviews on existing designs.
  • Well informed on the common methods of software development in Agile/SCRUM, Siebel CRM 8.x, UML, MS Visio.
  • Ability to analyse and set up requirements.
  • Fluent in Dutch English language.

Ideal Candidate

  • Siebel CRM 8.x certified.
  • Experience working on government contracts.
  • Experienced configuring Applets/objects/views/screens.
  • Experienced in eScript, Siebel workflows, Siebel EAI, Siebel EIM.
  • Experienced in one or other of these applications: FileNet, ITP, Google, WCC Elise, Be Informed.
  • Experience working with PRINCE2 en/of AGILE/SCRUM development methods.
  • Is Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing extensions to existing applications.
