Industrialization Engineer/Medical Product Development/Manufacturing Testing/Sweden
Experience: 3 to 5 years
You will take on a position as the R&D Industrialization engineer for a hemodialysis monitor project. The project has passed the implementation phase and is now getting ready for the industrialization. Your accountability will be to secure a smooth transition from R&D to manufacturing including, among others, test specification of PCBAs manufactured by a third party, R&D interface during serial production, mounting and control instructions. You will be a part of the R&D team.

Competence Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of project methodology
- Product Development Engineering skills
- Understanding of Manufacturing processes including final testing
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
Background
- Master of science degree of education or similar
- At least 5 years of experience from working in product development projects
- At least 5 years of relevant Engineering experience including PCBA designing and manufacturing testing
* Swedish native most preferred
* Previous similar experience with Medical Device industry required
