Description
My client, a market leader within their sector are looking to recruit an additional Mechanical Design Engineer to help bolster the Design team due to success in winning a number of projects.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Production of engineering drawings for component manufacture and assembly.
- Design plant layout and schematic drawings
- Writing/contributing to Maintenance, Operational and Installation Manuals.
- Produce equipment/machinery specification documents for procurement.
Experience
- Demonstrable experience of machinery design and draughting.
- Proven ability to support designs with appropriate calculations.
Skills
- Working knowledge of 3D CAD software essential. AutoCAD Inventor preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
