Previous financial services business change project/regulatory change experience is essential

My client are a financial services organisation looking for a Business Analyst, who must have previous financial services experience, working on business change projects around FCA/FSA regulatory requirements. This is based in West Yorkshire near Leeds, Bradford, Halifax.
You will work as a Business Analyst to liaise with internal users/stakeholders to determine requirements and propose system and process improvements. This is a business change focussed role, not an IT related project, and we can only consider people with previous experience working on business change programmes/projects, regulatory FS programmes.
Responsibilities:
. Engage with stakeholders and all internal departments
. Model and document current systems and processes
. Gather requirements for improved/replacement processes
. Identify opportunities for other business improvement
. Assist with the implementation of agreed changes
. Ensure all affected users are engaged and understand the changes
Experience required:
. Demonstrable track record working as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
. Experience working for financial services organisation, or other
. Experience and skills in process mapping
. Experience of eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, user groups, surveys or by exchanging correspondence, both individually and with groups
. Business-process modelling and re-engineering
