Description
A mid-size investment management firm, with a start-up appeal, is seeking enthusiastic technologists who love a challenge.Specifically, they are in need of talented Senior and Mid-Level Java Developers to contribute to the new product development of highly concurrent, complex financial applications.
Candidates should be experienced/skilled in:
- Java
- Agile (or have the desire to learn)
- Spring or Hibernate
- Multi-threading
- Messaging Systems and Tools
- Testing Systems and tools
- Experience with any functional languages is a plus (Scala, Ruby, Clojure, Go, etc is also a plus)
- NoSQL or Big Data experience is a plus
- Garbage collection (preferred)
- XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
