Description
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design new courses using modern instructional design techniques.
- Design and develop E-learning, self-paced and blended technical learning solutions.
- Create video training modules for employee and builder programs.
- Create manuals, study guides, job aids, hands on exercises, pre-work, role plays, and tests for training content.
- Create content and assessments for new training courses.
- Work collaboratively with our internal technical training team and managers in our software engineering organization.
- Ensure a successful outcome in the development of the training curriculum and tools.
- Develop course materials to support various training programs throughout the company by working with business owners and SMEs at all levels to determine training objectives and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience designing and developing course material using proven instructional design methodologies
- Experience developing content suited for multiple delivery channels (instructor-led classes, online virtual classes, and self-paced training material)
- Experience leading training courses via webinar.
- Requires Project Management Skills to guide projects to completion on time and within budget.
- Requires excellent writing and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel production, be detail oriented and able to adjust to fluctuating priorities.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate
- LMS tools: Cornerstone, Moodle, Totara
