An Education client of mine is currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Officer to support the University's CRM functional development. The role will require you to support the IT and Implementation Manager by taking the lead for the system development.The successful candidate will be responsible for data integrity within the system and for developing new functionality to assist recruitment and conversion activities across both home and international markets. They will create a functionally rich CRM solution which is able to meet the needs of the University, working closely with Marketing and Business Development Departments and other University Business Units.
It is essential for candidates to have experience in the following:
- Developing CRM functionality which maximises the opportunities for CRM integration
- Taking the lead in the development of data collection and data quality processes to support delivery of targeted, marketing communications, reporting and evaluation
- Translate CRM communication plans into actions, by developing filters for automated, time specific or ad-hoc communications
- Ability to define system requirements, including mock-ups and production
of functional specifications
- Ability to understand and interpret Business and Administrative processes
