Your tasks:
- Contribution in project team
- Supporting the project lead
- Responmible for project mailbox and share drive
- Set up Meetings
- Coordinate availabilities and tasks in multinational team
- Organise workshops and support project governance
Your qualifications
- Deep knowledge in PowerPoint to prepare presentations
- Experience in organising workshops and in the management of mail accounts
- Experienced in document decisions, tasks, deliverables
- Experience in project quality assurance/governance
- Other experience in similar role is desired
- Being used to multinational working environment is a advantage
- Collaborative, proactive and self-dependant working attitude (focus on delivery)
- Fluent German and English are preconditions
- Knowledge in French would be an advantage
