Minimum five years of administering, configuring and troubleshooting Oracle WebLogic Server in an enterprise-scale production environment. Minimum of five years administering, configuring and troubleshooting Web Server Technologies in an enterprise-scale production environment. Preference on Sun One and iPlanet Web Servers. Minimum of five years administering, configuring and troubleshooting LDAP technologies in an enterprise-scale production environment. Preference on Sun Directory Server. In depth working knowledge of production root cause analysis and problem resolution, high availability infrastructure designs and best practices and securing application traffic with SSH and SSL.

Required Technical Skills
o BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
o 5+ years of relevant professional experience in an Operations Support or Production Support environment.
o Basic telecommunications and wireless industry knowledge.
o 5+ years of experience working with Solaris and/or Redhat Linux operating systems.
o 5+ years of experience working with Sun One Application, Web, and Proxy Servers.
o 5+ years of experience working with UNIX Shell Scripting ksh, PHP, or Perl.
o 5+ years of experience writing complex Oracle PL/SQL queries.
o Experience working with Weblogic server would be a plus
o Experience working with Oracle WebCenter would be a plus
o Experience working with Veritas Cluster Server would be a plus
o Experience working with LDAP would be a plus.
o Posses general knowledge of Network, VPN, and be able to distinguish between application vs. network problems
o Experience providing CSS/ACE Support would be a plus
o Working knowledge of Information Security concepts, including security policies, standards, and guidelines as they pertain to system configurations
