Description
Immediate requirement for experienced finance professional, with exceptional controls and compliance experience, to join market leader in BPO and Avisory services. The successful individual will work with one of the organisation's blue chip clients to help improve internal controls and support SOX compliance.
The successful applicant will have operated in a senior finance role for large (preferably multi-national) organisation and played a prominent role in scoping the challenges faced in achieving SOX compliance.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate
- deep Sarbannes Oxley (SOX) experience
- strong appreciation of Financial Controls
- a deep understanding of finance processes and financial controls on business processes such as Procurement, Inventory Management etc
- comfort dealing with CFO and all levels below
- strong stakeholder management skills
- solid English language skills (the client is a UK firm)
Once the scoping phase has been completed (three months) there is the potential for this individual to build a team to manage the change process.
