Certes have been instructed to recruit a delivery and outcome focused Project Manager with SC clearance to join our public sector client based in Central London on an initial 2 month contract. The role will be paying between £450 and 500 per day.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Real Time Communication Services project management.
* Routing Information Database project management.
* Project management prime for Real Time Comms Technical Working group.
* Deliver Technical Proof of Concept and follow-on trial deployments in conjunction with Industry.
* Manage project delivery of Routing Information Database (RID) and the associated managed service.

Candidates should come to the role with:
* Strong interpersonal skills to ensure supplier successfully delivery.
* Strong communications skills including: issue summarisation and recommendation, report writing, presentations.
* High energy with persistence and tenacity to drive to completion all elements of the project. Ability to create a coherent project schedule with interdependencies between activities, critical path analysis and showing resource constraints where appropriate.
* The ability to develop and maintain standard project documentation including PID, Risks and Issues Log, Highlight Reports.
* 10 years evidenced experience of managing complex Real Time Services (Voice, Telephony, Unified Comms) projects which deliver business change across multiple organisations.
* 10 years evidenced experience of working in customer facing delivery roles.
* 10 years evidenced experience of working with wide range of stakeholders from CEO/director level to individual users to deliver projects and project elements.
* A Proven track record and experience in driving collaboration, leading virtual teams in a multi-supplier, multi-customer environment.
* Proven, common sense and practical approach to problem management.
