Description
For our customer we are looking for a Oracle OBIEE Developer.
Technical consultant to support with OBIEE ( not repository, not Front End, not I&O). Examples of taskes:
- Implementation of housekeeping and audit of the database in our access control setup.
- Drive the process of figuring out how and where the access control is to be constructed when we enter information warehouse.
- Do we need row level security - and when?
- If so, how it should be done - in the database or in OBIEE ? - and where?
- Do we need to move to single sign on?
- What kind of the impact would it have for example, for our web services and performance, new web services + how we make aliases of them, so they always point to the server running.
- Get an overview of the Adjustment Framework to ensure that we know exactly how it works - and are able to make changes if any is to be made!
- Find out how we make a generic setup to write back.
- How much code should be with us ( in CMDWBI ) and how much should be with the CI teams
- Figure out how we can construct an OBIEE email distribution setup that works and meet the rules for our customer. (also figure out what the rules are for us - what are the must have/nice to have )
- Acquaint yourself on how to use the query cache in OBIEE - how does it work and how do we use the best
