Our Client are looking for an experienced Integration Manager to join them on our NEP project. The Integration Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain design process to plan and budget.

Typically the Integration Manager will be:

Responsible for implementation of an effective design programme that fully meets contractual requirements
Responsible for monitoring of design team resourcing and delivery to identify issues affecting programme or budget
Responsible for resolution or escalation of issues affecting programme or budget
Responsible for reporting progress to plan as required by the project
Responsible for managing any requisite scope change through agreed change control process as required by and in conjunction with project management team
Responsible for coordinating preliminary discipline design and constructability reviews
Responsible for ensuring as-built information is prepared and provided to the Project Manager in a timely fashion for inclusion into the H&S file
Responsible for ensuring compliance to the project remit/CR-T and recording the necessary evidence trail to demonstrate compliance
The Integration Manager will ensure:
Design delivered to plan
Design submissions meet requirements eliciting only Category 1 or 2 comments
Design delivered within budget (including changed scope).
Progress reports prepared to time and requirements.
Preliminary design reviews held to plan
As-builts' delivered to plan

The Individual
We are looking for a candidates with the following skills and experience:
Essential
HND in applicable engineering discipline
Understanding of drawing office process and design production
Knowledge of applicable railway standards
IT skills as appropriate.
Broad project awareness.
Desirable
Professional qualification.
Management experience.
PTS
Previous involvement with the IDC process
