Our government client is recruiting for an SC Cleared Enterprise Infrastructure Assurance Manager role based in Central London for 11 months.

You will work to evaluate and assure ICT services partner provider's performance for EIS deliverables. You will evaluate and approve corrective actions reports in relation to any non-compliance by the EIS suppliers with regard to the capacity/availability plan and management process; including component capacity, availability & performance management; and workload analysis and forecasting.

You will review, approve and assure relevant policies, processes & procedures for EIS across the ICT infrastructure.

Essential Criteria:

Enterprise infrastructure

You will have recognised expertise in industry standard methods of EIS, in a high availability, open systems environment. Including: assuring plans and metrics; component testing on multiple platforms; the technologies involved, including DB2 & Oracle databases analysis techniques; and current developments.

Recognised technical qualification in area, eg TOGAF, BCS in Enterprise Solution Architecture.
Relevant ICT service delivery qualification such as ITILv3, or have equivalent experience and the ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of a relevant industry framework, eg COBIT, Sigma 6, etc.
Familiarity with government ICT profession and cross government ICT policies.

You will have a sound, broad knowledge of ICT and an excellent understanding of how EIS relate to other areas of ICT and how they impact on other business functions.

You will have experience of delivering EIS, to policy and procedural standards, for a large, complex ICT delivery organisation.

ITILv3 is quite important.
