My Birmingham based Public Sector client is seeking a Customer Contact Centre Operator for a 4 month contract.
Key Tasks for the Customer Contact Centre Operator:
* Respond to customer contact and liaise with colleagues to ensure effective responses to enquiries
* Maintain records of enquiries for assessment/reporting purposes
* Maintain and update contacts database
* Produce reports for Area Teams and Managing Agents
* Promote the client and its services to Staff and external contacts
* Accept personal responsibility for safety of self and others, reporting unsafe conditions and near miss accidents
Key Skills/Experience Required for the Customer Contact Centre Operator:
* Ability to use email Servers and Internet applications
* Ability to use office software products to enable production/maintenance of a range of documents and spread sheets
* Ability to work effectively with others in a contact centre environment delivering an efficient customer service
* Strong IT skills in managing multiple screens and managing a large email account
