We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join an industry leader in the Medical devices market. This is a 3 month contract position.

This is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills and gain experience with in an industry leading, global company.

The Role

To provide Marketing, administrative and project support to the Global Marketing Team, with a focus on Capillary Blood Product Marketing

Key Responsibilities

* Provide Marketing, administrative and project support to the Global Marketing Team.
* Produce and amend packing specifications and change control paperwork in accordance with company SOPs.
* Assist Product Managers with the organisation, implementation and write up of internal trials and focus groups as required.
* Liaise with external suppliers and agencies in connection with the production of marketing materials, packaging and instructions for use, ensuring that they comply with the requirements of the company and industry SOPs, Quality System and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with Regional marketing and sales Associates to ensure good communication.
* Prepare MATs, KPIs, competitor intell sheets and other reports as required.

Knowledge and Experience

* Experience in a commercial/marketing/admin role
* Some marketing knowledge an advantage
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent planning and organisational, project management and time management skills.
* Conversant with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Outlook.
