Our client is known as one of Australia's leading financial based institutions and is currently experiencing tremendous growth within the Credit Analyst teams based in Parramatta! The role is an initial 6 month contract opportunity and has the potential to extend much further after the iniitial period.
In this rolem you will be part of a larger team that ultimately processes, verifies and makes decisions for residential credit applications submitted to the bank as well as liaising with franchise brokers, lenders and mobile bankers in regards to loan applications. In this role, you will also see yourself working 38 hours per week on average and may require to work on Saturdays from time-to-time.
To be able to successfully obtain this positio, you will require the following:
- Analysis, decision and verification experience in regards to secured loans, with a particular focus on home loans/martgages
- Great stakeholder relationship skills
- Lending authority of up to $500k
- Understanding of Credit Risk Management and Authorities Frameworks including Credit Management policies and practices
- Ideally, previous experience within a Credit Analyst/Lending role working for a large banking institution/home loan provider.
