Senior Project Manager - SharePoint, Lync, print & scan services

Job Purpose

  • Manage 3 projects (streams) within SWING programme
  • Interaction with customer on daily basis
  • Follow-up on technical teams (local and abroad)
  • Report on planning, risks, issues, resources, budget, project changes

Key Accountabilities

  • Project and organization take-over: resources, customer
  • Responsible for the follow-up of the technical teams (local and abroad) and involved third parties
  • Responsible for reporting on scope, planning, budget, quality, risks & issues
  • Accountable for alignment across the streams
  • Leads the project in collaboration with customer's counter part, mainly located in Amsterdam and Brussels

  • Weekly dashboard review
  • Weekly planning review
  • Interaction with customer
  • Project deliverables

Required Skills

General

  • Senior project manager with some technical background (min. 5 years of experience)
  • Knowledge in: MS Sharepoint, MS Lync and Print & Scan services
  • Prince2 certified
  • ITIL certified

  • Leadership skills to manage customer
  • Able to manage customer's expectations
  • Able to coordinate technical resources that are spread geographically
  • Able to work in an international team context
  • Able to work independently and absorbe hand-over in a professional way

  • Location of the assignment: to be agreed per week
    - a few days in Amsterdam and/or Maarssen (the Netherlands) for meetings with customer
    - a few days in Brussels area: technical team meetings

Professional Competencies

  • Extended experience in managing complex transition and transformations
  • Technical knowledge: good level in order to be able to interact with customer (MS Sharepoint, MS Lync, Print & Scan services)
  • Experience in Service management hand-over to a Global Delivery Center
  • Good project organization according to Prince2 and Fujitsu best practice in place

Language Skills

Very good level of English

Work location

Location of the assignment: to be agreed per week
- a few days in Amsterdam and/or Maarssen (the Netherlandsnds) for meetings with customer
- a few days in Brussels area: technical team meetings
