Systems Administrator/User Administrator/Client Services Administrator, London, Exchange, Active Directory. £150- £200 per day.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a leading international law firm based in Central London. Our client is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join the System Administration Team immediately for an initial 4 week contract. (With the prospect of being extended to 3-6 months). This position is for a first-class Systems Administrator who is friendly, bright, and motivated. Our client is looking for somebody who is personable with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need a can-do' attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the creation, deletion and modification of user accounts for London offices via Active Directory.
- Responsible for the creation, deletion and modification of AD groups via Active Directory.
- Creation & deletion of Remote Access accounts via the RSA console.
- Creation & deletion of accounts on the Test & Dev domain.
- Liaise with IT in the Australian offices.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining all code barriers.
- Creation worksite accounts.
- Ensure incidents/major incidents/problems escalated to the team are resolved efficiently and within the agreed timescales.
Essential Skills
- Experience of working within a global professional services environment
- Good knowledge of a broad range of current technologies including Microsoft applications, Windows /XP/Win7, Active Directory, Exchange and Worksite.
- Good technical understanding of information systems issues
- Knowledge of ITIL
