Public sector client are seeking a dynamic, Security Cleared administrative IT change support assistant to work within a small team during a 3 month period, the ideal candidate would be willing to undergo security clearance or preferred already hold a SC clearance.

The successful candidate will be required for a period of 3 months; the main place of work will be within the ISS Service Management team based at their Sutton Coldfield office.

Key responsibilities will include.
Working within the ISS Service Delivery team, which provides top level management of the delivery of information and data solutions and IT services across the whole of business.

*Managing the implementation of IS/IT minor change across numerous offices, including:-
oWorking with customers to identify needs and advising on timelines and potential costs.
oEnsuring customers requirements are fully detailed and justified
oActing as an Authorised Demander enabling the ordering of that requirement via the IT/IS providers Service Catalogue.
oEnsuring suppliers proposed solution represents best fit and value for money
oWorking with supplier and monitoring the delivery of that requirement, escalating where appropriate
oWorking with ISS Service Delivery team to discuss issues and solutions
oManaging the customer's expectations for that delivery.
oActing as an assurance focal point for issues and complaints, liaising with supplier's service desk or customer management team to resolve.
oActing as a Local Security Officer, providing password resets and recording and advising on mobile capabilities (laptops)

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
*Interpersonal and communication skills are essential as this role will require a substantial amount of communications with business users and suppliers both voice and e-mail.
*IT skills - training on Catalogue use for which this post will be primarily dedicated to using, will be provided
*Working within a team and providing support at customer meetings
